Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your business. If you place an order for sales, repair, customization, or training you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Amick’s Guns LLC is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. We have been serving the firearms and outdoor sporting industry for over 20 years and we truly value our customers!


It is your responsibility to know the laws and restrictions for the items or services that you purchase. Some of the items or services we off may be restricted due to a customer’s location, age, or occupation. Some items may be restricted to military or law enforcement. Some of these items include firearms, ammunition, magazines, and services. Again, you the customer are responsible for verifying the legality of the items you are ordering prior to placing your order. Amick’s Guns LLC will not be held responsible for any items refused by your FFL when regarding transfers of firearms or suppressors.

Sales Agreement

This sales agreement is a legal contract between you the customer and Amick’s Guns LLC. The customer accepts the sales agreement by making the purchase, placing the order, or otherwise shopping on our website or in our store. Those terms and conditions of this sales agreement are subject to change without prior notice except those terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase.

This sales agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Amick’s Guns LLC relating to the purchase or sales of goods or services. The sales agreement may only be modified or terminated for goods or services sold in writing and signed by Amick’s Guns LLC. The customer consents to receiving electronic records which may be provided via a web browser or email.

Pricing and Information Disclaimer

All pricing is subject to change without notice. For all prices and offerings, Amick’s Guns LLC reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and any other extenuating circumstances. While Amick’s Guns LLC makes reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information, Amick’s Guns LLC makes no warranties or representations and assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions to the content of pricing.

Orders, Payment Terms, Interest, Taxes

Orders are not binding upon Amick’s Guns LLC until accepted by Amick’s Guns LLC. Terms and payments are within Amick’s Guns LLC sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within 15 days from notification of completion. After 30 days from notification a certified letter will be sent to the provided address advising of the open balance and project being ready.  Items remaining after 15 days from written notification are subject to becoming property of Amick’s Guns LLC and sold as inventory with forfeiture of any deposits.

Dealer payments are due within 30 days of invoice. Interest will be added to the invoice after 30 days at a rate of 15% of total invoice cost. After 90 days all work will be suspended and projects held until payment is made and accounts brought current.

The customer is responsible for all taxes associated with their order. We accept all major credit cards, but a 5% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments.

Custom Orders

All custom orders will require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total quoted price for the project or the cost of parts. Whichever is the higher amount. The remaining balance is due at pickup of the project or prior to shipment.

Shipping and Handling

All shipments should be shipped via UPS or USPS with all applicable regulations followed. All shipments should be shipped in a hard sided case inside of a cardboard box. The shipments should contain a detailed description of work to be done (or custom work sheet), and all contact and demographic information including phone numbers and email addresses (or copy of customer’s driver’s license). The item should be insured for the approximate replacement cost of the item(s) being shipped. 

Items received not in a hard case will be shipped back in one with the customer being billed for the case. All return shipments will ship back to the original sender or to their predetermined FFL via UPS or USPS. The shipment will be insured for the approximate replacement value.

Limitation of Liability

Amick’s Guns LLC will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Amick’s Guns LLC will not be liable for products or services not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. Amick’s Guns LLC is not liable for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for purchases under this agreement.

It is the responsibility of the buyer, not Amick’s Guns LLC to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession and use of any item or service purchased from Amick’s Guns LLC. All products and services are sold under the condition that we, the seller, shall not be liable in any action or the arrest or injury occasioned during the transportation, handling, storage, sale or use of the product or service. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.

Absolutely no sales will be made to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a manner that is legal and that he/she is of legal age to possess the product. Amick’s Guns LLC or any of its employees will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us.

When a product is purchased, Amick’s Guns LLC and its employees are released of any liability regarding your actions concerning the sales, use, ownership, and shipping of any product or service.


All firearms sales are final. All used firearms are sold as is with no warranty.

Layaway Program

Layaway is available for in stock items only. A 25% deposit of the total price to include applicable taxes and fees is required to put an item on layaway. Layaway terms are for 60 days. No exceptions! Cancellation due to terms not being met with result in forfeiture of all payments made. Cancellation voluntarily will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit. If all terms are met and the customer is unable to pass any applicable background check all payments for the item will be forfeited.


A fee of 15% of the selling price will be administered on all consignment items. A minimum charge of $45 will be assessed to all items
